REVIEWS
California ChancesI thoroughly enjoyed these stories. There is very few "nice" women in Reliable and any time a girl arrives it is known by ALL the men in the area. They all want to come a calling and are getting frustrated that the Chance Brothers are all ending up with the available women. Great stories.
Very enjoyable. Highly recommended! A reader

Bound With LoveWhat I found in BOUND BY LOVE was an absolute gem that was far more than I ever expected. Kelly's story was the most interesting [of the four] to me, at least. Monty Rainey a reader

Bound With LoveInspirational, historical romance at its finest!
This wonderful book was such a joy to read that I wish I had gotten around to it much sooner than the year it languished on my bookshelf! I suppose it's because I'd been making a conscious effort to steer away from historical romances, and it came as a delightful surprise to discover that this was not a typical one. It was a refreshing difference that men were not the usual chauvinistic, domineering and arrogant characters who expected their women to be submissive and obedient.
My favorite story in the collection is A Treasure Worth keeping by Kelly Eileen Hake, which I was amazed to learn was written by a student! Donna K. a reader

Woven HeartsThe stories or four novellas in this anthology all deal with an orphanage and young women working in the town where The Steadman textile mill exists. I am enjoying this book immensely and hope you will as well! A reader

Chance AdventureIn KENTUCKY CHANCES: CHANCE ADVENTURE, the reader is taken to a place back in the hill country. You will meet people that take others at their word. I loved reading of the way that herbs were used in the healing process of different aliments. [Kelly Eileen] Hake has shown through out the story that God created the herbs, plants and trees to be used to help people. I am pleased to give this outstanding author a 4 blue ribbon rating. Kentucky ChancesI enjoyed all three stories. The Chance brothers first appeared in the anthology, California Chances, it was a pleasure to be with this group of people again. The reader is transported back in time when people had few choices, but were able to create a life for themselves and their loved ones. Pat
